CM greets people on Diwali

Hyderabad, Oct 27 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy today extended warm greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Diwali.

Describing the 'festival of lights' as a symbol of peaceful co-existence, joy and prosperity, he said Diwali represented the victory of good over evil and light over darkness.

In a message on the occasion, he said the sparkling lights of Diwali symbolised ushering in an era of peace, prosperity and bounty and bringing joy in the families.
