3 CPI(Maoist) cadres arrsted

Daltongabj, Oct 27 (UNI) Three hardcore CPI (Maoists) cadres were arrested along with a huge cache of arms at Khardeeha village under Husainabad police staion in the district today.

Acting on a tip-off that the ultras were taking shelter at the village, a police team, led by officer-in-charge Manoj Mahto, rushed to the area and gheraoed it.

The security forces recovered two rifles, including one from police, a DB gun, rounds of ammunition and cartridges from them.

The arrested were being interrogated.
