Haryana will demand its due share of water: Hooda

Chandigarh, Oct 26 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today said the state was getting its own share of water from Punjab and in future ''we will continue to demand our due share''.

Addressing a press conference at Nabha in Punjab, Mr Hooda also said Haryana was very much a part of the proposed Chandigarh Airport project at Mohali.

''As Chandigarh is the capital of both Haryana and Punjab so the two states were equally participating in setting up this airport'', he added.

The Chief Minister said with the coming up of this airport not only the residents of Chandigarh but also people from other adjoining states like Haryana, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh would be benefitted.
