11-month-old baby crushed to death

Sangli, Oct 25 (UNI) A 11-month-old baby girl was crushed to death after coming under the wheels of a dumper in Kupwad area of the city today.

The infant, identified as Pragati, was travelling with her father Bharat Upadhyay on a motorcycle this afternoon. While her father's friend was riding on another motorcycle, police sources said.

These motorcycles collided with each other, flinging the child down on the road. She was crushed under the wheels of the dumper coming from opposite direction, sources added.
