Weekly holiday special for Secunderabad
Ahmedabad, Oct 24 (UNI) In order to clear heavy rush of passengers, Western Railway (WR) has decided to run three weekly holiday special trains for Rajkot-Secunderabad from October 29.
Ahmedabad Divisional Railway Manager Rajiv Mishra informed that the train number 717 weekly special will leave Secunderabad every Wednesday at 1450 hrs on October 29, November five and November 12 to reach Rajkot, the next day at 2000 hrs.
Similarly, while returning, train number 718 will depart from Rajkot every Friday at 0500 hrs on October 31, November seven and November 14 to reach Secunderabad at 1030 hrs, the next day. The train will have II AC, III AC, Sleeper class and II class general coaches.
This train will halt at Begumpet, Tandur, Wadi, Gulbarga, Solapur, Daund, Pune, Lonavala, Kalyan, Vasai Road, Valsad, Surat, Vadodara, Anand, Ahmedabad, Viramgam and Surendranagar stations in both directions.
Booking for the above train will open from 27th October across all reservation counters.
