Snap in overhead wire disrupts Harbour line services

Mumbai, Oct 24 (UNI) Office-goers travelling on the Harbour line of Central Railway faced hardships to reach their destinations early this morning, following snap of overhead wire near Dockyard railway station on the line.

A Central Railway spokesperson here said that at around 0530 hours overhead wire near the Dockyard railway station got snapped, resulting in cancellation of some trains between 0530 and 0730 hours.

However, the restoration work was completed at around 0830 hours and thereafter the trains started running normally, the spokesperson added.
