Kerala: One killed, 15 injured in Kozhikode
Kozhikode, Oct 24: A woman was killed and 15 others were injured, two of them seriously, when a private bus in which they were travelling dashed against a tree at Ulliyeri Palora in the district today.
The deceased, identified as M Beena (30), was a native of Thikkoti in Kozhikode district, police said, adding the seriously injured were admitted to Kozhikode Medical College.
The bus was proceeding to Thamarassery from Koilandy in the district when the accident occurred, police said.
