Lindsay Lohan's 'Ugly Betty' role reduced to 4 episodes over repeated spats?

Washington, Oct 24 : Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan's six-episode role in 'Ugly Betty' has been reduced to four episodes, due to an alleged rivalry between Lohan and the lead actress America Ferrera.

However, the spokesmen for both actress have denied any kind of rivalry.

"Lindsay was scheduled for six episodes and is appearing in four but had a lovely time," People magazine quoted a Lohan spokesman as saying.

"America is grateful to have had her on the show and thinks everyone should tune in to see how great the episodes are," Ferrera rep Carrie Byalick said.

However, onlookers at the set have a different tale to tell. According to them, difficulty occurred when Ferrera pulled down an impromptu Lindsay's pant while rehearsing.

"Ferrera wasn't supposed to pull down Lohan's pants because it was a rehearsal. When she did, Lohan, who was only wearing a g-string, was embarrassed to the point of tears," one of Lohan's friends said.

Lindsay's pal stated that she and her entourage were blamed for the wrecked dressing room, when it was crew of another show, which did that, as the 'Mean Girls' actress' entourage contained of her manager, assistant and lover Samantha Ronson.

"America was mean to Lindsay. Producers give her too much power, Lindsay didn't do the last two episodes because America didn't like her and got her kicked off," Lindsay's pal said.

"Lindsay wrapped up her arc and is done filming. She did a great job and we enjoyed having her. Viewers can look forward to her episodes tonight and next week," producers of the show said.
