Jammu, Oct 24 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir High Court today stayed the ''deportation'' of Pakistan-administered Kashmir (PaK) national who entered into the Indian Territory on entry permit through the Chakkan-da-Bagh in Poonch constituency from Bhantini in PaK.

The Jammu wing of the High Court stayed the ''deportation'' of Qazi Ham Din, 85, who entered the Indian Territory through the Chakkan-Da-Bagh.

It, however, ordered that until the next date of hearing, petitioner Qazi shall not be ''deported'' and shall not leave the jurisdiction of the District Magistrate, Poonch, without the permission of the High Court.

The petitioner has claimed to be the resident of Jammu and Kashmir and desired to die in his ancestral home at village Rajpura, tehsil Mandi, in District Poonch on this side of the Line of Control(LoC).
