Bodo MP Bwismuthiary regrets action in LS
New Delhi, Oct 24 (UNI) Mr S K Bwismuthiary, the Lone Bodo MP, today regretted in the Lok Sabha his behaviour in the House on Monday when he tried to remove his clothes.
He said he wanted to raise an important matter, but regretted for his behaviour that day.
Mr Bwismuthiary was protesting against the Government's reluctance to order a CBI probe into clashes in Assam that left more than 50 Bodos dead and over 200,000 people homeless.
He had trooped into the well, removed his jacket, and was about to take off his trousers when some members persuaded him to return to his seat.
