Tamil poet Puduvai Sivam remembered

Puducherry, Oct 23 (UNI) Rich tributes were paid to Tamil poet Puduvai Sivam on his 101st birth anniversary here today.

On the occasion, Puducherry Chief Minister V Vaithilingam garlanded the poet's statue on behalf of the administration.

PMK Legislators Anantharaman and Panneerselvam, former Legislator Neelagangadharan and several Tamil scholars paid tributes to the poet.
