Parsvnath gets approval for Gujarat hotel project

New Delhi, Oct 22: Parsvnath Developers Ltd (PDL), the country's leading real estate developer, on Wednesday, Oct 22 said its subsidiary Parsvnath Hotels Ltd (PHL) has received five-star category approval from Ministry of Tourism for its hotel project at Vejalpur in Ahmedabad, which is expected to be operational by 2010-end.

The hotel, with 152 rooms and suites, is built at just 14-km away from the airport and only nine-km from the railway station, the company said in a statement. Currently, the company's ongoing project in Ahmedabad includes two retail projects--Parsvnath City Centre and Parsvnath Mall.
