A LLB girl student attacked by lover
Bangalore, Oct 21 (UNI) A law student was attacked by an Air Force officer, who threw acid on her for refusing to marry him, in the city today.
Police said Ms Karthike, studying LLB in Bishop Cotton College, was attacked at Trinity Circle by Rajesh when she spurned him.
Hostel sources said Rajesh and Karthike were good friends. This morning, as usual, they were seen together when suddenly, Rajesh threw acid on her and ran away.
Ms Karthike was rushed to Sagar Appolo Hospital where her condition was stated to be out of danger.
Police were, meanwhile, trying to apprehend Rajesh.
