Akruti City Q2 net up 195.34% at Rs 192.24 cr

New Delhi, Oct 20 (UNI) Real estate firm Akruti City today said its net profit increased 195.34 per cent to Rs 192.24 crore for the second quarter ended September 30 as compared to Rs 65.09 crore for the same period last year.

Its total income jumped 147.30 per cent to Rs 266.99 crore for July-September from Rs 107.96 crore during the corresponding period previous year, the company said in a statement.

The Group posted a net profit of Rs 195.36 crore from Rs 56.51 crore during Q2 last fiscal, registering an increase of 245.70 per cent.

The Group's total income grew 162.32 per cent to Rs 258.47 crore in Q2FY 09 from Rs 98.53 crore in Q2FY08.
