IISSM to hold International Seminar in Goa on Nov 12

Panaji, Oct 17 (UNI) The International Institute of Security and Safety Management (IISSM) will organise three-day 18th annual International Seminar, starting from November 12 here.

While speaking to mediapersons here today, the seminar convenor and former special director of Intelligence Bureau D C Nath said it is for the first time that the State Chamber of Commerce and the State Security Association were partners in an international level event on industrial security.

The challenging theme of the seminar is ''Security and Loss Prevention Industry: Convergence-A Necessity''.

Mr Nath said about 200 expert faculties were expected to participate in the event from across the country and world, which will interact with each other.

The special features of the seminar included individual presentations on different aspects of loss prevention in industry and specialised panel's discussion, in which senior professionals would share their experience and expertise in the most interactive manner, Mr Nath added.
