MP: BJ will fight polls on corruption issue
Indore, Oct 17: Bharatiya Jan Shakti President and former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Uma Bharti today said that her party would raise the issue of 'corruption' in the next state Assembly polls scheduled on November 25 this year.
Ms Bharti told mediaperson in MHOW while moving towards Ujjain after visiting the riots-triggered Burhanpur yesterday.
''The Shivraj government has been embroiled in corruption and cases has been registered against his ministers in Lokayukta,'' she alleged.
She said that so far 56 candidates and 16 divisional head of BJ have been declared. In this week 56 more candidates would also be declared.
''We welcomed to the political parties with same ideology,'' Ms Bharti added.
