Orchid receives approvals from US FDA for ANDAs

Chennai, Oct 16 (UNI) The city-based pharma major Orchid Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd today announced that it has received approvals from the US Federal Drug Authority (FDA) for three of its Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDAs).

The approvals were for Cefuroxime for Injection, 750 mg and 1.5 g vials (infusion packs), 7.5 g (pharmacy bulk pack) and 1.5 g vial. cumulatively, a company release here said.
