"Operation Lotus'
Mysore, Oct 16 (UNI) Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President R V Deshpande today alleged that 'Operation Lotus' and consistent attack on place of worships were the achievements of the BJP led government in the State.
Speaking to newsmen here, he alleged that it was not the minorities alone, others were also feeling the heat of the BJP administration and investors are hesitating to come to Karnataka.
Replying to a question, he said that the Congress party has not received any proposal from JD(S) about alliance for the by-elections to the Legislative Assembly. "I have been reading in newspapers statements from former Chief Minister and JD(S) leader H D Kumraswamy and party spokesperson Y S V Dutta. But none of them have spoken to me directly," he added.
