Madge grows closer to ex following marriage collapse

London, October 16 : Madonna has reportedly grown closer to her ex-lover Carlos Leon as her troubled marriage with Guy Ritchie is heading for a splitsville.

The fitness trainer is said to have been living in Madonna's New York apartment overseeing renovations in preparation for Madonna's return from her 'Sticky and Sweet' world tour.

The two have allegedly come closer as the singer has been spending a lot of time while living under the same roof with the father of her 12-year-old daughter, Lourdes.

However, Leon is reportedly upset that Madonna's split with Ritchie was a cause of distraction during the recent celebrations of their daughter's birthday.

"Carlos was livid that the divorce was spoiling the atmosphere around Lola's birthday," the Sun quoted a source, as saying.

"Madonna has been in a foul mood for the last few days and has had her mind on other things.

"Carlos, Lola and pretty much all of the girls close to Madonna are very happy about the split.

"Most of them have been turned against Guy, taking M's side," the source added.

The 50-year-old mum, who plans to settle in New York with her kids, is said to have always wanted Leon to have a strong part in Lourdes' upbringing.
