Ex minister's anticipatory bail plea to be heard tomorrow
Chandigarh, Oct 16 (UNI) Punjab and Haryana High Court today adjourned till tomorrow further hearing on the anticipatory bail plea of former Punjab Minister Jagjit Singh Chaudhary in a case by the state vigilance bureau.
The Bureau has registered the case at Mohali in the context of the report of the special committee of Punjab Vidhan Sabha which held him and some others, including the former state chief minister Amarinder Singh, guilty of alleged illegalities in land deal in Improvement Trust, Amritsar.
