State Teachers Eligibility Test results announced

Chandigarh, Oct 15 (UNI) The results of State Teachers Eligibility Test-2008 conducted by thye Haryana School Education Board, Bhiwani has been declared today.

The results has been made available on the Board's website www.hbse.nic.in.

Giving this information today, Commissioner and Secretary, Languages and Education Department, Haryana and Board Chairman Rajan Gupta said the results had been prepared in a record time and the Board had adopted full transparency in the conduct of these examinations and in the declaration of the result.

He said that this eligibility test would go a long way in improving the quality of teachers and in strengthening the educational standards in the State.

Board Secretary S K Goyal said the test for School Heads, Elementary Teachers, Lecturers and Masters was conducted on October 4, 5, 11 and 12 respectively.
