LJP seeks reservation in private sector
Lucknow, Oct 15 (UNI) The Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) today under a nationwide protest staged demonstration in the state capital of Uttar Pradesh, demanding reservation in private sector.
LJP secretary Harshvardhan said the growing privatisation of the government organisations has acted adversely in benefitting the dalits, backwards and minorities with 22 and 27 per cent reservation.
The increasing privatisation has only put the youth under a great strain, he alleged saying, the party would raise the issue in Parliament and even opt an aggressive way of protest, if the need arises.
