Mumbai: Major fire breaks out in a building
Mumbai, Oct 14: A major fire broke out in a seven-storeyed building, Johri Mansion at Kalbadevi in South Mumbai on Tuesday, Oct 14. Fire Brigade sources said at around 1300 hrs. Fire broke out almost on all floors. But worse affected were third fourth and fifth floors. Twelve fire engines, three abmbulances and eight water tankers were deployed to extinguish the fire, they said. Senior Police Inspector J Sarmokaddam of L T Marg police station told that three people suffered burn injuries and were admitted to government-run G T Hospital.
The fire was being doused and more details were awaited, sources added.
