GM launches new Chevrolet Tavera MUV
Hyderabad, Oct 14 (UNI) General Motors India today launched the new Chevrolet Tavera Multi-Utility Vehicle (MUV).
''The new Tavera is one of the most fuel-efficient vehicles in its class. It combines trouble-free performance with comfortable passenger accommodation. The Tavera recently finished second in its segment in the J D Power Asia Pacific 2008 India Initial Quality Study,'' GM India Vice-President P Balendran said in a release here.
Vice-President (Sales, Marketing and After-sales) Ankush Arora said, ''The new Tavera demonstrates GM India's commitment to listening to our customers. As a result of the feedback we received, the Chevrolet Tavera once again raises the bar in terms of features and personal amenities for its segment.
The Tavera offers low maintenance and running costs. It gives owners the convenience of long service intervals, highly durable components and a long-life maintenance-free battery'', he claimed.
