BJP to launch state-wide agitation against Centre
Bhopal, Oct 13 (UNI) Accusing United Progressive Alliance in Centre for being partial against Madhya Pradesh government, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today announced to launch nation-wide agitation against its discriminatory policies on October 15.
BJP State Narendra Singh Tomar told reporters here that Centre has cut a maximum part of state's diesel quota, which triggered diesel crisis in the state.
''Creating problems for the people, the Centre has been cutting the state's quota for power, coal and foodgrain since the past few months,'' he said.
He said that protest would be staged at district-level on October 15 and October 17 at Block level. A memorandum would be given to the government in the name of Prime Minister.
''The agitation will be intensified if the diesel quotas will not be increased,'' he added.
