Lindsay wants to raise 'African baby' with galpal Samantha

London, October 12 : Singer and actress Lindsay Lohan is eager to adopt a child and is bent on raising an African baby with lover Samantha Ronson, it has emerged.

The 'Mean Girls' star, who is set to release her third album in November, shall be following in the league of other Hollywood A-listers encouraging adoption such as Madonna and Angelina Jolie.

"I want to adopt," the News of the World quoted the actress as saying.

"A child in need or a newborn from another country. I'm not sure yet," she added.

However, Lindsay's relationship with her girlfriend has not gone well with her father who has been very outspoken in disapproving his daughter's relationship with Samantha Ronson.
