3 killed, 6 injured in accident in Rajkot

Rajkot, Oct 10 (UNI) Three people were killed and six others injured when a Chhakado-rickshaw collided with a truck near Rajgadh village in Surendranagar district.

According to police, the incident occurred yesterday when the rickshaw was on its way to Rajgadh from Dharangadhra. All the nine people were passengers of the rickshaw.

The deceased were identified as Navghan Khakhadia (32), Chatur Punja (34) and Bharat Parbat (30), police added.

The injured have been admitted in a local hospital.
