Mysore Infosys employee commits suicide

Mysore, Oct 7: A trainee of the Infosys Technologies, killed herself by hanging in the company's guest house in Mysore on Sunday, Oct 5. Pooja Patel, 23, from Jharkhand was a trainee Software Engineer. Pooja had joined the company on Sep 8. The reason for her suicide is yet to be investigated.

Pooja Patel and Shreeja Patnaik shared the same room. Shreeja had gone out on Sunday, Oct 5 to spend the weekend. She returned to the guest house at 8.30 pm and found the body hanging.

From past two months suicidal rate of software employees are on high. Sonia, an employee of the Nokia in Bangalore, unable to bear the pressure from the higher-ups, commited suicide. Off late, an employee of IBM also died in a mysterious way.
