PCI denies compulsory conversion in church
Kottayam, Oct 6 (UNI) Pentecostal Council of India (PCI), national organisation of Pentecostal Christians in India, today denied that the Pentecostal churches were conducting compulsory conversion.
Talking to newspersons here, PCI General president Thomas Vadakekut and other voiled their protest over the allegation in this regard by Bishops the other day.
The Bishop's attempt to blame Pentecostal Churches for the attack on Christians in Orissa and Karnataka was shameful for the Christian community, they alleged and added that the Bishops were trying to escape the wrath of the Sangh Parivar Organisations by betraying the Pentecostal churches.
