No reports of curfew violation from any part of Kashmir: IGP

Srinagar, Oct 6 (UNI) There was no report of curfew violation from any part of the Kashmir Valley, a senior police officer said.

Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kashmir, said curfew remained enforced in all parts of the city since yesterday as a precautionary measure to prevent any loss of life and damage to property.

He said the situation was peaceful since the imposition of curfew and there was no report of any violation.

The IGP said curfew passes had been issued to maintain essential service in the Valley.
