Complaint against Raje, Kataria, Gaj Singh withdrawn

Jodhpur, Oct 6 (UNI) A Complaint lodged in a local court here against Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria, scion of Jodhpur royal family Gaj Singh, Sitting BJP MP Jaswant Bishnoi and others in connection with September 30 Chamunda Temple stampede which left 224 people dead, has been withdrawn.

The complainant Gajendra Singh, who was injured in the mishap and lost one of his brothers in the stampede, today sought Judicial Magistrate (No.3) Devendra Singh Bhati's permission to withdraw his complaint. The judge granted him the permission.

Similar complaint filed in the same court by Mohammad Ali made parties to Mehrangarh Museum Trust, Jodhpur Collector, Superintendent of Police, Chief Medical and Health Officer(CMHO) and other concerned officials was still pending before the court.
