Thackeray to address Dussera rally on Oct 9

Mumbai, Oct 4 (UNI) Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray will address the annual Dussera rally at Shivaji Park in Central Mumbai on October nine.

According to the party's mouthpiece 'Saamna', the octogenerian politician has been addressing the rally since the inception of the party in 1966. This year, the rally will complete 43 years.

In the backdrop of the ensuing Lok Sabha and Assembly elections and the terrorist activities across the country, Mr Thackeray's views on these issues are widely awaited.

Sena executive president Uddhav Thackeray will address this rally for the first time.
