Congress party office bearers resign in UP

Pratapgarh, Oct 3 (UNI) As many as 30 office bearers of the Congress today forwarded their resignation to party chief Sonia Gandhi in this Uttar Pradesh district.

The office bearers submitted their resignation during the district Congress Committee meet here. The partymen charged the Leader of Congress Legislature Party Pramod Tiwari for weakening the party and dictatorship.

Besides, they alleged that Mr Tiwari removed state Congress secretary Om Prakash Pandey from the post, sources said.
