Manmohan Singh returns home after 10-day foreign tour

New Delhi, Oct 1 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh arrived here today after a ten-day tour to the US and France.

In the US, Dr Singh addressed the 63rd UN General Assembly and held talks with President George W Bush and several other world leaders on a host of issues, including the Indo-US nuclear deal.

On the second leg of his tour to France, the Prime Minister met President Nicolas Sarkozy and addressed the India-EU Business Summit. Dr Singh also signed a landmark Agreement on Development of Civil Nuclear Cooperation in Paris yesterday.
