After Aamir and Big B, Sanjay Nirupam takes to blogging

New Delhi, Oct 1 (UNI) Blogging seems to be the in thing among celebrities be it from the field of entertainment or politics.

After Aamir Khan, superstar Amitabh Bachchan, Karan Johar, Anurag Kashyap and many others, the latest to join the list of entrants to blogosphere is Congress leader Sanjay Nirupam.

Mr Nirupam, who made news recently, when he became a part of second season of the 'Bigg Boss' reality show on the 'Colors' General entertainment channel, has now taken to blogging, a step he says is aimed at reaching out to a large spectrum of people across the country.

The Congress leader says that he has taken to blogging ''as part of his professional and personal concern of serving people.'' In his opening blog, the Congress leader, who became a household name across the country after his participation in the 'Bigg Boss' reality show, says,''it ('Bigg Boss') was a way to reach out to those people who stay away from politics or the likes. Some say I have achieved my goal and some say it was a mistake.'' ''But for me, I still have the strong desire to reach out to as many people as I can and fulfill the purpose of my profession serving the people. Hence taking a step further I have started this blog, where I plan to be regular.

I hope to use this blog for the purpose of interaction with anyone who needs assistance, advice or for that sake anyone who just wants to put across his/her opinion on anything. I make myself available, open and accessible here on the blog for people of my constituency or outside my constituency,''Mr Nirupum said.
