Parsvnath launches group housing proj in Pune
New Delhi, Sep 30: Real-estate major Parsvnath Developers Ltd on Tuesday, Sep 30 announced the launch of its group housing project in Pune, which will be completed by 2010.
Spread over an area of about 11,000 sq mtr at Pimpri Chinchwad, the Pratishtha project will have a built up area of about 1.23 lakh sq ft, comprising 96 apartments with basement parking plus four floors, a company statement said. The floors will be equipped with two and three BHK apartments, which will cost Rs 30-42 lakhs.
Currently, Parsvnath's ongoing project in Mahrashtra includes development of BEST bus depot near the Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai and a 370 acre notified Pharmaceutical SEZ in Nanded.
