One person killed in bomb blast in Modasa
Ahmedabad, Sep 29 (UNI) At least one person was killed and nine others injured when a powerful bomb ripped through Suka Bazar area of Modasa town in Sabarkantha district this evening.
The deceased was identified as Jaimuddin Ghori. The injured were rushed to hospital. Police have cordoned off the blast site.
According to initial report circuit seems to have been used in the bomb. The attackers came on a motor-bike.
The blast has same pattern as that of Mehrauli in Delhi.
Anti-terrorist squad of the police has left for Modasa from here.
According to state Home Minister Amit Shah police patrolling in entire state has been intensified.
