Eid-Ul-Fitr to be celebrated on October 2 in Bengal
Kolkata, Sep 30 (UNI) Eid-Ul-Fitr will be celebrated in Kolkata and other parts of West Bengal on October two, according to an official statement.
S M N R Barkati, the Shahi Imam of Tipu Sultan Mosque, said the holy festival would not be celebrated tomorrow since the moon was not sighted today.
