Hanumant Talwar Convergys' country head for customer mgmt biz

New Delhi, Sept 29 (UNI) Convergys Corporation today said it has appointed Hanumant Talwar as Vice President and Head of its India operations for the company's customer management business.

Mr Talwar will oversee the operations of the company's eight contact centres and about 10,000 customer management employees in India, a statement said.

Earlier, Mr Talwar has served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Operations divisions with Hirco Developments and the Zenta Group.

He has also held leadership positions with GE Capital International Services, ExlService.com, and American Express.
