One killed, two injured and two houses gutted in Kashmir
Srinagar, Sep 26 (UNI) One person was killed and two others were wounded while two houses and a cowshed were gutted in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said today.
They said a scooterist Bashir Ahmad Bhat was killed in a road accident near Zewan crossing on Srinagar-Jammu national highway.
Two persons were wounded when a vehicle in which they were travelling met with an accident at Chandoosa in Baramulla district.
The injured were hospitalised.
They said two houses and a cowshed were gutted in two different fire incidents at Handwara and Lalpora Kupwara. The cause of the fire was not known, they said, adding no one was injured.
