3rd World Ayurveda Congress in Jaipur in December

Jaipur, Sep 26 (UNI) Around 4,000 delegates from 50 countries, including the US, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, South Africa and Sri Lanka, will participate in the 3rd World Ayurveda Congress, Ayurveda Trade Fair and Business meet scheduled to be held in the Pink City between December 16 and 21.

While the Congress sessions will be held between December 19 and 21, the main event will be preceded by Pre Congress workshop and International Ayurveda Forum meet on December 18 and Business meet on December 17, Organising Committee Chairman Prof Mahesh Chandra Sharma said.

Besides this, Ayurveda Trade Fair would be held between December 16 and 21, Prof Sharma said.

"Mainstreaming Ayurveda" would be the theme of the mega event to be organised jointly by Department of Ayush, Government of India, Vijnana Bharati and National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA), Jaipur, he added.
