K'taka Home Minister refuses to react to Opposition demand
Mysore, Sep 25 (UNI) Karnataka Home Minister V C Acharya today refused to react to the Opposition demand that the state government should resign due to its alleged failure to control the recent attacks on the pleaces of worship in the state.
Talking to newspersons here, he said he was not soft to any organisation or any person. The state government has already announced any organisation or person indulging in unlawful activities would be punished under the law.
The government has also evoked the Goonda Act to handle the situation, he added.
The minister was here to discuss the issue of providing security for the 'Naada Habba' celebrations here.
