Sanmarg Editor-in-Chief dies in Kolkata
Kolkata, Sep 23 (UNI) Veteran journalist and Editor-in-Chief of Hindi daily ''Sanmarg'' Ram Awtar Gupta died at a city nursing home here today. He was 85.
He is survived by wife and grandson Vivek Gupta, the Managing Director of the paper.
During his long association with media, he was the president of INS' Kolkata chapter.
He was conferred upon the ''Matushree'' and other prestigious awards related to journalism and society.
