Last date of filing of Income Tax Returns extended in J

New Delhi, Sep 23 (UNI) The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) today extended the last date of filing of income tax returns and obtaining tax audit report to November 30 in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

Due on September 30, 2008, the extension comes in the wake of the dislocation caused due to a law and order problem in the state, an official statement said.
