Life imprisonment to three in murder case
Darbhanga, Sep 22 (UNI) A local fast track court today awarded life imprisonment to three accused in a murder case.
The court also sentenced seven others to one year rigorous imprisonment in the same case.
Additional District and Sessions Judge of the fast track court Brij Nandan Prasad found guilty all the accused under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the charges, the victim Subedhi Devi, a dweller of Badhnauchi village under Baheri police station area, was murdered by the accused following an old rivalry on January 9, 1986.
