Infotech Enterprises to buy European auto firm
Noida, Sept 22 (UNI) Software services firm Infotech Enterprises Ltd today said it will acquire a European auto engineering firm to strengthen its presence as an end to end service provider.
'' The deal size is expected to be 30 to 40 million dollars and will be completed by December-end,'' Infotech Enterprises Ltd CMD BVR Mohan Reddy told reporters here.
The Hyderabad-based company had raised Rs 300 crore in July last year to fund its acquisition plans.
