Police rescue a boy and arrested three kidnappers
Dehri-On-Sone, Sep 21 (UNI) Police today rescued a boy from Noukhha Kali Mandir area of the district, nearly three weeks after his abduction and arrested three kidnappers.
District police superintendent Bikash Baibhav said acting on a tip off the sleuths of Bihar police raided a hide out of the kidnappers near Jammuhar village and rescued five-year-old Shaheel. Police also nabbed three kidnappers Chandan Singh, Manish and Binay Kumar Singh and recovered Rs 83,000 from their possessions.
On August 30 last, the boy was abducted for ransom, police added.
The kidnappers demanded Rs ten lakhs from the boy's family.
The victim's family informed the police in this regard. Police started an investigation and arrested one person, who gave details and police raided the hide out and rescued the boy.
