Natalie Cole's hepatitis C lands her in hospital

London, September 21 : American singer-songwriter, Natalie Cole, who has a medical condition with hepatitis C, has landed in the hospital after suffering from chemotherapeutic side effects.

The R and B singer, who was diagnosed with the blood disease, admitted that chemotherapy left her completely exhausted.

The medical process while causing her to lose weight has also been costing Cole her hair.

"I do chemo every week... and we are going to go for it and cut off all my hair," the Daily Express quoted her as saying on the U.S. TV show 'Entertainment Tonight'.

"The timing of all this couldn't be worse because of my (new) record coming out. What you do is rally and you have a great group of people rally around you," she added.
