Mel B's firm toned body bound to make her fitness DVD a best seller

London, Sept 20 : English pop singer songwriter Melanie Brown has been spotted looking in top form as she took her dog for a walk on a beach in Malibu.

Scary Spice, the other name she gained from her days as one of the Spice Girls, was seen sporting a white bikini and a very toned body as she soaked up the sun in California. With her first fitness DVD called 'Totally Fit' being released, it was the perfect time for Mel B to be seen looking her best.

The inspiration for the 28-day programme of aerobic and resistance workouts video came from her experience on US TV show Dancing With The Stars.

"For anyone with jubbily bits, I'm going to tighten you up, make you laugh and enjoy your workout no matter what level of fitness you are," the Sun quoted her as saying.

The video will hit shop shelves in February.
