Gisele Bundchen to auction ex-lover's gifted jewels for charity

London, September 20 : Gisele Bundchen is set to auction off her set of private jewellery collection for charity, which were reportedly gifted to her by an unnamed ex-lover.

The 28-year-old Bundchen will be selling a 3.35 carat coloured diamond ring and a six-carat diamond pendant necklace to 'Christie's Jewels: The New York Sale auction', the Daily Express reported.

The jewellery is expected to fetch between 8,108 and 81,081 pounds.

Scheduled to go under the hammer no October 15, a portion of proceeds from the auction will go to the Russell Simmons-co-founded charity Diamond Empowerment Fund, which provides educational funding to diamond-producing countries in Africa.

The world's richest supermodel previously dated Hollywood celebrity Leonardo DiCaprio and has also been linked to the professional surfer Kelly Slater.
